We are pleased to present the second GFC Courage Award of 2023 to Senator Anna Caballero, who has championed education spending transparency and accountability as well as innovative zoning reform to increase housing production. The award is given to Legislators who embody the courage and independence we need in our representatives and we are proud to recognize Senator Caballero for standing for the interest of all Californians.
